The use of nano-particles in high exposure consumer applications such as cosmetics has attracted increasing controversy as evidence of potential toxicity has grown.

Early scientific studies show that when exposed to UV light, nano-particles used in cosmetics produce free radicals that damage DNA and cells. If nano-particles gain access to the bloodstream of pregnant women, they could even harm unborn babies.

Sheer Cover should work well with Proactiv, because Sheer Cover is non-comodogenic and it will not clog your pores. Also we leave out oils, perfumes, dyes and talcs, which means that Sheer Cover is gentle and non-irritating on your skin.
