Yes. If you prefer not to order online, you may call us with your information at 1300 786 072. If you are an active Sheer Cover customer and require additional products, please call Customer Service at 1300 226 060.

When you're done shopping, mouse over "Your cart" at the top, right hand side of the page to review the items in your shopping bag, then click "Checkout" to place your order.

If you don't want to order all of the items, simply click the "Remove" link next to each item that you no longer want. 

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your e-mail address
  • Your credit card billing address
  • The address you want to ship to
  • Your credit card type, number and expiration date

Yes. The "Review & Finalise Order" page lists your order information and gives you another opportunity to make changes. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Place Order."

Once you click "Place Order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately 24 hours.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery (subject to stock availability).

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will mail you with a backorder notification. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 1300 226 060 anytime with any questions about out-of-stock items.

Sheer Cover is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee (less P&H). Just try our products, and if you're not totally satisfied with the results, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1800 226 060 to arrange a replacement or return. Your Customer Service Representative will provide all necessary details to process your request.

Generally the post will leave a notice for you to collect your products at your nearest post office, unless you have an arrangement to leave your parcels at your door.

Please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1800 226 060 to arrange for a new shade to be sent to you free of charge.

15. If I place an order for an individual item, does it mean that I will continue to recieve this item automatically? 12 found this answer useful

No, individual items are one-off sales. To receive another item you would need to purchase it from our website again.

However if you choose a Studio Pack, you will then have access to the Sheer Cover Studio member website, which allows you to pick and choose your perfect kit, all at special member prices.
